The Order Process
- Browse through our selection of fencing products, adding your purchases to the shopping cart.
- Review the products in your cart, and once you are satisfied, continue to the Checkout.
- Once your order has been received, a member of our team will contact you to ensure that your order matches your requirements.
- We'll get to work, ensuring that you receive your fencing on an agreed delivery
date - usually within
seven working days.
Refund Policy
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If
you are not entirely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days
of your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be
unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact
our customer service team to initiate a refund. Refunds will be
processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full
refund. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team
promptly. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and
shipped. For subscription services, you can cancel at any time, and your
cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the
subscription.
